Continuous Improvement Engineer at Hitachi Energy (Switzerland)
Hitachi Energy in Switzerland is actively seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer (KVP-Ingenieur) to lead operational excellence, spearhead lean operations strategy, and drive process optimization across their high-tech manufacturing plants.
In this dynamic role, you will apply your Six Sigma Black Belt Certification skills to identify inefficiencies and execute root-cause analyses. By leveraging advanced Supply Chain Management Software and streamlining ERP Implementation Services, you will bridge the gap between production floors and logistics management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and value stream mapping sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modern Fleet Management Solutions and logistics workflows.
- Deliver comprehensive operations management training to local plant employees.
- Analyze business processes to support strategic outsourcing and operational scaling.
Requirements & Qualifications / Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Strong background in continuous improvement (KVP) methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Arabic is highly valued for global project coordination.
