- Managing client orders and tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery using advanced Supply Chain Management Software.
- Collaborating with logistics partners to optimize fleet management solutions and reduce transit lead times.
- Utilizing ERP implementation services to streamline inventory tracking and guarantee total process transparency.
- Applying lean operations strategies and process optimization techniques to minimize waste and improve delivery efficiency.
Job Requirements / Anforderungen / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, customer service logistics, or operations management.
- Strong familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms and modern inventory databases.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in German or Arabic is a huge asset for managing our key international accounts.
