Job Requirements | Anforderungen | المتطلبات
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt is non-negotiable. PMP certification is highly preferred to demonstrate salary impact and efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Operations Management, with at least 5 years at a Director level.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation services.
- Language: Native-level English; German or Arabic fluency is a significant advantage for cross-border logistics and fleet management solutions.
- Strategy: Proven track record of implementing Lean Operations Strategy in a multi-channel call center environment.
