Eaton is currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Continuous Improvement for a US Remote / Hybrid position. In this high-impact executive role, you will lead global operational excellence, streamline supply chain management software utilization, and drive transformative organizational changes. Whether you are an expert in Six Sigma Black Belt Certification methodologies or specialized in Lean Operations Strategy, this role offers the platform to scale your impact across a global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements / Anforderungen
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in process optimization, business process outsourcing, and fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: Active Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of leadership in operational excellence, Logistics and Distribution Management, and ERP Implementation Services.
- Deutsch: Fließende Englischkenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Lean-Management-Methoden werden vorausgesetzt.
