Managing large-scale fleet logistics across continents requires far more than standard tracking; it demands rigorous operational excellence and data-driven optimization. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Fleet Logistics Operations to spearhead our distribution networks and fleet management solutions in both the United States and Egypt. This senior leader will leverage Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies and Lean operations strategies to transform our supply chain workflows and elevate team performance across both regions.

The Role & Global Scope

This cross-border leadership position bridges logistical hubs between North America and the Middle East. The successful candidate will align our local fleet operations with global standards, utilizing advanced supply chain management software and modern ERP implementation services to streamline distribution networks.

Anforderungsprofil & Qualifications

Certifications: Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory. Advanced operations management training is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in logistics and distribution management, with a clear history of managing large-scale fleets.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Lean operations strategy, ERP platforms, and predictive logistics tools.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. Multilingual capabilities (German or Arabic) are highly valued for coordinating with international partners.
