Operating between the strict regulatory frameworks of Switzerland and the United States, this role focuses heavily on deploying state-of-the-art Supply Chain Management Software and managing robust ERP Implementation Services. By leveraging high-level Fleet Management Solutions, the director ensures that critical surgical kits are tracked, sterilized, and delivered on an absolute just-in-time basis.
Anforderungen & Key Requirements
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Deep expertise in DMAIC principles to eliminate errors in sterile processing and logistics.
- Lean Operations Strategy: Practical experience in removing non-value-added steps from clinical supply pipelines.
- Operations Management Training: Proven ability to mentor international teams in both Europe and North America.
