Viatris is actively seeking an experienced Director of Operational Excellence (EU & NA) for a remote US-based position. This executive-level role is designed for a strategic powerhouse capable of driving Lean Operations Strategy and optimizing cross-border logistics and distribution management. If you possess a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and have hands-on experience navigating complex ERP implementation services, this is your opportunity to lead high-impact transformations across European and North American markets.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will harmonize processes across multiple business units. Your daily focus will range from managing supply chain management software integrations to advising on business process outsourcing strategies. By delivering advanced operations management training, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement that elevates both regional and global performance standards.

Candidate Requirements

Certifications: Active Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent Master Black Belt credentials.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years directing lean initiatives, logistics, and distribution management.
Technical Proficiency: Robust understanding of supply chain management software and ERP implementations.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones (EU and NA).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an MBA from a recognized program.
