Are you looking to elevate operational standards in Switzerland's economic heart? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer (Lean Six Sigma) based in Zurich. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations, streamlining ERP implementation services, and driving a robust Lean Operations Strategy across regional manufacturing and logistics hubs.

Job Requirements / Anforderungen / متطلبات الوظيفة

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years implementing continuous improvement frameworks, managing fleet management solutions, or directing logistics and distribution processes.
• Languages: Fluency in both German (C1/C2) and English is mandatory to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
• Deutsch: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung (Lean/Kaizen) in der Schweiz.
• العربية: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطبيق منهجيات تحسين العمليات وتقليل الهدر في بيئات الإنتاج أو سلاسل الإمداد.
