We are actively seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist (Odoo) to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business workflows, customizing Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless integration to help local and regional businesses optimize their operations and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities / Aufgaben / المهام الرئيسية

Process Mapping: Analyze business requirements and map them directly to standard Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
System Configuration: Set up, configure, and customize Odoo applications according to client-specific functional requirements.
Training & Support: Deliver hands-on end-user training and provide technical support during the critical post-go-live phase.

Requirements / Anforderungen / متطلبات الوظيفة

English: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business. Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation services, database migration, and system integrations.
Deutsch: Solide Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Odoo-ERP-Lösungen, Prozessoptimierung und Datenmigration. Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.
العربية: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ وتخصيص وتطوير نظام أودو (Odoo ERP)، مع فهم ممتاز للحسابات والمخازن والدورة المستندية للشركات.
