We are seeking an experienced Fleet Logistics & Distribution Manager to oversee operations in our London hub. In this role, you will streamline delivery channels, manage fleet assets, and lead team safety protocols. This position demands a keen understanding of Logistics and Distribution Management, as well as hands-on experience with modern Supply Chain Management Software to optimize daily routes and reduce operating costs.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic planning and hands-on operational leadership. You will be responsible for implementing Lean Operations Strategy initiatives to minimize waste and maximize efficiency across all delivery networks.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fleet management solutions or a similar logistics role.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with ERP Implementation Services and supply chain software.
• Training: Background in Operations Management Training or a Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
