Forward-thinking manufacturers in Egypt are actively seeking a skilled Manufacturing Excellence & Lean Six Sigma Specialist to drive process improvement, eliminate operational waste, and lead high-impact transformations across production floors.
The Role & Operational Impact
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing a sustainable Lean Operations Strategy. You will bridge the gap between day-to-day shop floor execution and high-level strategy, ensuring that modern Supply Chain Management Software is fully leveraged. Additionally, the role involves overseeing ERP Implementation Services and coordinating closely with Logistics and Distribution Management teams to streamline delivery pipelines.
Anforderungen / Job Requirements / المتطلبات الأساسية
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Certification: Active Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in operations management training, lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, VSM), and fleet management solutions.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Working proficiency in German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) is highly valued for collaborating with regional partners.
