Key Responsibilities & Requirements

As the Engineering Project Team Leader, your primary objective is to manage high-impact engineering projects from inception to completion. To be considered for this competitive position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. An MBA or advanced technical degree is highly desirable.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments, with a strong background in logistics and distribution management.
Certifications: A validated Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required. Proven expertise in implementing Lean Operations Strategy and ERP processes is essential.
Skills: Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to coordinate between engineering, supply chain, and executive teams.
