Implementing modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within fleet logistics demands more than just IT installation. It requires deep process redesign. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, the successful candidate will systematically eliminate waste, streamline dispatch processes, and configure state-of-the-art SCM software to reflect high-efficiency workflows. This cross-continental position involves working with diverse teams in both the Canadian and Australian logistics sectors to harmonize supply chain operations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business. Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years leading SCM software and ERP implementation services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) within high-capacity fleet logistics.
- Operational Expertise: Proven track record in logistics and distribution management, fleet tracking solutions, and implementing Lean Operations Strategies across multi-regional operations.
- Global Mobility: Readiness to consult and coordinate projects across Canada and Australia.
