Arrow Food Trading, the exclusive distributor of Nespresso in Egypt, is currently seeking a highly skilled ERP Applications Specialist to join its dynamic team in Cairo. This role is pivotal in aligning enterprise technology with operational excellence, supporting Nespresso Egypt's robust distribution and retail networks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between supply chain management software, daily logistics, and system workflows to ensure optimal business processes.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As an ERP Applications Specialist (ERP-Anwendungsspezialist / أئصائى آلا أر بى), you will be the backbone of system integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain management software and support ERP implementation services. This includes troubleshooting system anomalies, optimizing distribution logistics, and training staff on new enterprise workflows.
Requirements / Anforderungen / الماالبااا
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle) within the retail, FMCG, or food trading industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and business process modeling. Familiarity with lean operations strategy and six sigma methodologies is a major plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. German language proficiency is a plus for international coordination.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operations management training skills.
