Johnson Controls is actively seeking a skilled ERP Finance Analyst (R2R Process Transformation) to join their global finance operations team. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, standardized accounting workflows, and robust system integration across regional divisions. By focusing on Record-to-Report (R2R) process transformation, the selected candidate will act as a bridge between financial teams and IT to optimize enterprise capabilities.

The successful analyst will leverage ERP implementation services and lean operations strategies to streamline financial reporting processes. Main duties include:
- Designing, testing, and deploying R2R process enhancements within the global ERP environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with modern supply chain workflows.
- Ensuring compliance with global accounting standards through rigorous data analysis and system controls.
- Applying Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to eliminate redundancies in month-end closing cycles.
Job Requirements / Anforderungsprofil / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP financial modules (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with a strong focus on R2R processes.
- Skills: Deep understanding of financial accounting, process mapping, and system integration. Certifications in Six Sigma or ERP implementation are highly regarded.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English. German or Arabic language skills are a strong asset for regional coordination.
