Key Responsibilities & Scope
As the lead strategist, you will drive the integration of modern ERP systems within our regional manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for streamlining logistics, managing distribution networks, and implementing Lean Operations Strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive search firms will be essential to align human capital with technical requirements.

- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or PMP is highly preferred.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Lean SCM strategy, fleet management solutions, and business process outsourcing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or an MBA from a top program.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English; German or Arabic is a strong asset for international stakeholder coordination.
