In this role, you will lead the implementation and synchronization of ERP systems with legacy platforms. The successful candidate will leverage Lean Operations Strategy and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity across departments.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP Implementation Services (specifically SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management software and business process outsourcing integration.
- Excellent communication skills to manage local teams and offshore developers.
