Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is actively seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our growing enterprise delivery team in New Cairo City, Egypt. This pivotal role focuses on driving high-impact ERP implementation services, successfully bridging the gap between business process outsourcing requirements and technical deployment for our regional and global clients.
Role Overview & Key Requirements
As our ERP Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of system integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires a strategic thinker who understands supply chain management software, logistics, and lean operations strategy.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing ERP implementation services (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Methodology: Strong command of project management methodologies. PMP certification is highly preferred and directly influences compensation packages.
- Skills: Deep understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) workflows, data migration, and system integrations.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong professional proficiency in German or Arabic is a major advantage for managing our international stakeholders.
