Job Requirements / Anforderungsprofil / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Experience: Proven track record in executive search firms or in-house executive recruitment, preferably within higher education, healthcare, or public sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an MBA or background in operations management is highly valued.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages like German or Arabic are a plus). Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Sourcing: Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and headhunting networks.
