Are you an experienced finance and technology professional looking to drive massive digital transformation in London? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance ERP Implementation Lead to head our upcoming financial systems modernization. This pivotal role bridges the gap between complex financial operations and advanced enterprise technology, ensuring seamless migration, data integrity, and process optimization across multi-entity corporate structures.
The successful candidate will orchestrate the deployment of our core financial modules, aligning them with overall ERP Implementation Services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and executive stakeholders, to build a robust financial backbone that supports global operations.

- Lead end-to-end financial ERP system deployment (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) from initial scoping to go-live.
- Ensure alignment with global accounting standards, compliance regulations, and localized financial processes.
- Optimize workflows using Lean practices, ensuring maximum efficiency across accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and establish operations management training for finance teams.
Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
- Proven experience leading large-scale financial ERP implementations in a multinational setup.
- Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, or business process outsourcing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of German or Arabic being highly advantageous for our global offices.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or a Six Sigma Black Belt are a significant plus.
