Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager (Fuhrparkleiter / مدير أسطل المركبات) to oversee its extensive corporate and medical transport fleet across the United States. This pivotal role ensures the seamless coordination, maintenance, and optimization of vehicles critical for delivering life-saving dialysis services and equipment to patients. Managing a healthcare fleet requires a unique blend of logistics expertise, compliance management, and strategic cost-control.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
As the Fleet Manager, you will implement advanced Fleet Management Solutions to monitor vehicle performance, driver safety, and fuel efficiency. The successful candidate will navigate complex logistical networks and align operations with strict healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial fleet management or transportation logistics.
- Proficiency in modern Supply Chain Management Software and telematics systems.
- Strong knowledge of US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German or Arabic is an asset but not required).
