A leading trading company based in Cairo, Egypt is currently seeking an experienced and highly analytical Fleet Operations Manager to oversee its growing logistics network. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and manage a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles. This critical role ensures seamless distribution and logistics across key regions.
Key Responsibilities / Hauptaufgaben / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations, route planning, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Optimieren Sie die Fuhrpark-Routenplanung und überwachen Sie die Kraftstoffeffizienz sowie Wartungskosten.
- الإشراف على تشغيل الأسطول وتخطيط المسارات اليومية لضمان تسليم الشحنات في الوقت المحدد.
- Implement advanced Fleet Management Solutions and tracking systems to reduce idle times.
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and safety standards.
Job Requirements / Anforderungen / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics management in Egypt.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in modern route optimization software.
