Job Responsibilities & Scope
As a Fleet Specialist at Yalla Fel Sekka, you will lead the day-to-day management of delivery captains, ensuring high performance, punctuality, and route efficiency. Your daily duties will include:
- Monitoring fleet metrics and optimizing dispatch workflows using advanced fleet management solutions.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training delivery captains in the Sherouk and Madinaty zones.
- Resolving real-time operational bottlenecks to meet strict customer SLAs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve driver retention and overall fleet health.
Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution management, or operations coordination.
- Strong geographic familiarity with El Sherouk and Madinaty.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Arabic; English or German is a strong plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve on-field problems quickly.
