CoPilot AI is actively seeking a visionary Founding AI Product Engineer (Remote) to lead the development of next-generation intelligent automation tools. - Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI features using Python, TypeScript, and modern LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Optimize model latency, context window usage, and prompt engineering strategies for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with intuitive UX designs.
- Establish robust evaluation pipelines to monitor and improve model performance and reliability.

- Experience: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and vector databases.
- Mindset: A strong product-first mentality. You care deeply about the user experience, not just the underlying algorithms.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of German or Arabic is a huge plus for coordinating with global partners.
