In this role, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end continuous improvement (CI) programs globally. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying a robust Lean Operations Strategy across multiple manufacturing and distribution nodes.
- Leading cross-functional teams through complex ERP Implementation Services and digital tool adoption.
- Ensuring rigid process governance, compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are aligned with global Unilever policies.
- Mentoring internal teams to achieve Six Sigma Black Belt Certification level operations.
- Partnering with external Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and logistics providers to optimize overall efficiency.

- Proven track record in Supply Chain Management Software and logistics management.
- Active Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German and Arabic language skills are highly appreciated for regional coordination).
- Deep understanding of Fleet Management Solutions and global distribution strategies.
- Strong leadership capability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
