Key Job & Program Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in a senior clinical quality or nursing governance role within UK (NHS or private) or Swiss healthcare networks.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (or willingness to complete it within the program).
- Skills: Deep understanding of clinical auditing, patient safety frameworks, and resource allocation. Fluency in English is required; professional German or French is highly advantageous for Swiss placements.
