Are you an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt looking to spearhead organizational transformation? We are currently recruiting for a Head of Continuous Improvement (Leiter der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung / رئيس التحسين المستمر) based in the manufacturing and engineering hub of Derby, UK. This senior leadership role is designed for a strategic thinker who can integrate advanced lean operations strategy, oversee complex business process outsourcing, and deliver operations management training across diverse, international teams.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of modern supply chain management software, fleet management solutions, and ERP implementation services. Key qualifications include:
- Certification: Active Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years leading lean operations strategy, logistics and distribution management, or organizational restructuring.
- Languages: High proficiency in English is required. Bilingual capability in German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) is highly advantageous for coordinating with global business partners.
- Leadership: Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact operations management training programs.
