Job Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
- Strong analytical skills and experience in handling high-pressure support environments (Call center/BPO background is highly preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic command-line utilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
