GE Vernova is seeking a highly skilled Lead Manufacturing Specialist (Material Plan & Execution) in the US to drive efficiency in their operations. This critical role bridges the gap between manufacturing operations and efficient supply chain logistics. By leveraging advanced ERP implementation services and Lean operations strategies, the specialist ensures that raw materials seamlessly transition into production-ready components without delays.
Role Overview & Requirements
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating material plans, managing inventory flow, and implementing Six Sigma methodologies to minimize downtime. Successful candidates will lead cross-functional teams to streamline shop floor execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in material planning, logistics, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management Software (ERP/MRP) and Lean Operations Strategy.
- Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
