Key Responsibilities & Requirements / Aufgaben & Anforderungen
- Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Process Mapping: Proven track record in process mapping, value stream mapping, and managing continuous improvement projects.
- ERP & Tech: Strong knowledge of ERP Implementation Services, Supply Chain Management Software, and workflow automation.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities in German or Arabic are a significant asset for international coordination.
