Job Requirements / Anforderungen
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated executive recruitment experience, preferably within top executive search firms or high-growth corporate retail environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or advanced HR certification is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record of managing complex talent searches, negotiating senior-level offers, and using advanced market intelligence tools.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives in English. Basic knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
