Key Job Requirements
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in operations management, preferably within FMCG, overseeing ERP Implementation Services and large-scale Business Process Outsourcing projects.
- Skills: Deep understanding of fleet management solutions, advanced logistics, and distribution management. Exceptional leadership and bilingual communication capabilities (English and Arabic, German is a plus).
- Training: Proven experience conducting Operations Management Training for diverse, cross-functional teams.
