Bosta, Egypt's leading tech-enabled logistics provider, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Owned Fleet Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team in Cairo. This critical role focuses on optimizing fleet utilization, managing driver performance, and streamlining day-to-day delivery processes to ensure we maintain our fast-paced standard of service.

- Fleet Optimization: Supervise and coordinate the daily schedule of the owned vehicle fleet across Cairo.
- Driver Management: Oversee driver onboarding, track attendance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintenance Tracking: Coordinate routine vehicle inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor fleet KPIs, including fuel consumption, delivery times, and route efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in logistics, fleet management solutions, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with modern routing and fleet tracking software.
