Principal Fleet Optimization Architect: Lean SCM & ERP Implementation (Switzerland & UK)

Finding a balance between lean operations and complex ERP systems is the ultimate challenge for modern logistics today. We are currently searching for a Principal Fleet Optimization Architect to bridge this gap across our high-priority operations in Switzerland and the UK. This role isn't just about managing a set of vehicles; it's about re-engineering the entire supply chain fabric using Six Sigma principles and robust, enterprise-grade software solutions that actually work for the people on the ground.

The Intersection of Lean SCM and Digital Transformation

In the high-stakes environments of the UK and Swiss markets, efficiency is the only currency that really matters. As the Principal Architect, you will lead the charge in implementing Supply Chain Management Software that aligns perfectly with a Lean Operations Strategy. Your expertise in ERP Implementation Services will be crucial in moving our partners away from clunky legacy systems toward a unified, data-driven approach that provides real-time visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the architectural roadmap for fleet management solutions across multi-national borders.
  • Apply Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to eliminate waste in logistics and distribution management.
  • Consult on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) strategies to optimize non-core operational functions without losing quality.
  • Lead Operations Management Training sessions for senior stakeholders to ensure long-term ERP adoption and cultural shift.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical prowess and strategic foresight. Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in 10+ full-cycle ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud preferred).
  • Advanced certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of measurable ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss and UK transport regulations and major logistics hubs.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) is a significant advantage for our global regional hubs.

How to Apply

If you are tired of theoretical plans and want to redefine how global fleets operate in the real world, we want to hear from you. Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your most successful ERP migration to careers@globalfleet-solutions.com.
