We are seeking a Principal Fleet Resilience Strategist to spearhead operational excellence across our hubs in Switzerland and Canada. This role is designed for a visionary leader who can navigate complex supply chains while maintaining the agility required for modern logistics and distribution management.
The Core Mission
The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless integration of Supply Chain Management Software across international borders. By utilizing Six Sigma Black Belt Certification methodologies, you will identify bottlenecks and eliminate waste, ensuring that our fleet remains resilient against economic shifts. This position involves high-level decision-making that bridges the gap between local execution and global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP Implementation projects to unify data streams between Swiss and Canadian operations.
- Develop and execute Lean Operations frameworks to optimize fleet performance and fuel efficiency.
- Oversee Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to ensure service level agreements meet our rigorous standards.
- Provide advanced Operations Management Training to regional fleet managers.
- Design Fleet Management Solutions that prioritize sustainability and long-term asset resilience.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within logistics or supply chain management.
- Mastery of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscapes in both Switzerland and Canada.
