Based in the financial heart of London, our executive search firm is looking for an experienced Private Equity Executive Search Consultant (Personalberater im Executive Search / مستشار توظيف تنفيذي للأسهم الخاصة) to connect elite C-suite talent with mid-market and large-cap PE funds. This role bridges the gap between sophisticated investment strategies and the visionary leaders who execute them across the UK, DACH, and Middle East regions.
Operating at the intersection of high-finance recruitment and strategic consulting, this position requires a deep understanding of fund structures, portfolio company operations, and talent acquisition. You will collaborate directly with Managing Directors and Partners to map out talent pools, run discrete headhunting campaigns, and manage complex executive negotiations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in executive search firms, specifically focusing on Private Equity, Investment Banking, or portfolio company C-suite placements.
- Multilingual Capabilities: Fluency in English is essential. Professional proficiency in German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) is highly advantageous for managing our expanding cross-border European and Gulf-region client portfolios.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial metrics, deal origination, and the operational levers of value creation in PE-backed businesses.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional gravitas and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to high-profile PE partners and senior executives.
