To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate expertise across continuous improvement methodologies and supply chain systems. Key qualifications include:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional DMAIC projects.
- Lean Operations & ERP: Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and hands-on experience with ERP Implementation Services and Supply Chain Management Software.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of production engineering experience.
- Sprachkenntnisse (German): Grundlegende oder flie%fende Deutschkenntnisse sind f%fcr die internationale Zusammenarbeit von Vorteil (Produktionssystem-Ingenieur).

Role and Responsibilities
The selected engineer will design, implement, and maintain competitive production systems. You will eliminate waste, improve cycle times, and lead change management efforts. Additionally, managing Fleet Management Solutions and integrating Business Process Outsourcing partners may be required to harmonize localized supply networks.
