Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are the absolute backbone of modern manufacturing operations. We are currently looking for a Regional ERP Implementation Manufacturing Lead (US & Canada Remote) to spearhead our next phase of digital transformation. This high-impact, fully remote leadership role bridges the gap between complex supply chain management software, lean operations strategy, and actual floor execution. If you have a deep background in Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies and hands-on ERP rollouts, this might be your next major career move.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- ERP Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementation services in discrete or process manufacturing environments across North America.
- Operational Excellence: Strong working knowledge of lean operations strategy, logistics and distribution management, and fleet management solutions. A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Leadership & Training: Ability to coordinate cross-functional remote teams, manage business process outsourcing (BPO) partners, and deliver high-impact operations management training to local plant teams.
- Location: Fully remote, open to qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
