Envision Employment Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Supervisor/Manager to lead ERP implementation services and optimize business processes for a major client in Egypt. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between business operations and technical execution, ensuring that supply chain management software, finance, and logistics modules are fully aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the entire functional lifecycle of SAP modules, driving continuous improvement and system optimization. Key duties include:
- Leading a team of functional consultants to deliver high-quality SAP support and implementation.
- Collaborating with department heads to translate business demands into functional specifications.
- Managing system configuration, integration testing, and user training.
- Assessing risk and executing risk mitigation plans across SAP modules.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in SAP functional consulting with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical field.
- Skills: Deep hands-on knowledge in core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, or PP). Experience in executive search environments or international tech recruitment agencies is a strong plus.
- Languages: Excellent command of English. Proficiency in German or Arabic is highly advantageous for coordinating with global stakeholders.
