We are looking for an experienced Senior Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer support. Job Requirements (English)
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or telecommunications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Backgrounds in nursing or medical-related fields are highly valued.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.
- Attributes: High empathy, patience, and ability to handle stressful situations under pressure.
Stellenanforderungen (Deutsch)
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Callcenter, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder der Telekommunikation.
- Ausbildung: Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Arabisch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الاتصال.
- التعليم: مؤهل جامعي مناسب (يفضل خلفية طبية أو تمريضية).
