We are actively partnering with leading executive search firms to find a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Lean & Operational Excellence based in Texas, USA. This role is designed for operations professionals who specialize in Lean Operations Strategy, process optimization, and driving sustainable business transformations across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements / Anforderungen
The ideal candidate will lead complex Lean initiatives, design custom operations management training, and oversee system integrations including ERP implementation services. You will act as a strategic advisor to streamline workflow processes and minimize waste.
- Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Lean Operations Strategy, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Deutschkenntnisse: Experience working with multinational clients (including German-speaking enterprises) is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
