This critical role focuses on driving continuous improvement, optimizing complex business processes, and implementing robust Lean Operations Strategies across the enterprise supply chain and operations networks.
Key Responsibilities and Scope
The Senior Analyst will lead cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks, design optimized workflows, and eliminate waste. Leveraging tools like Supply Chain Management Software and advanced data analytics, the successful candidate will spearhead initiatives that align with global business process outsourcing frameworks and ERP implementation services. Continuous improvement training and mentoring other team members will also be central to this role.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in process optimization.
- Certifications: Active Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or Lean Master credential is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, data visualization tools, and logistics and distribution management systems.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of German or Arabic is a strong asset for coordinating with global teams.
