Key Responsibilities & Requirements
This senior-level position requires a robust background in technical project management and automation strategies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical developers and business stakeholders to deliver seamless automation pipelines.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in technical project management, with at least 3 years specifically leading UiPath or major RPA implementations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification are strongly preferred.
- Skills: Deep understanding of Lean Operations Strategy, ERP Implementation Services, and change management.
