Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
The successful candidate will lead the site-wide implementation of Safran's continuous improvement initiatives, aligning local operations with global manufacturing excellence standards. Main tasks include:
- Designing and executing Lean Operations Strategy to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
- Leading complex cross-functional projects utilizing Six Sigma Black Belt Certification methodologies.
- Supporting ERP Implementation Services to ensure smooth transitions in shop floor scheduling and material management.
- Facilitating hands-on Operations Management Training and mentoring team leaders in continuous improvement principles.
Requirements / Jobprofil
English: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, alongside a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or automotive environments, is required.
