Role Overview & Strategic Impact
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of logistics networks. Your primary focus will be ERP Implementation Services and the deployment of Six Sigma Black Belt Certification principles to eliminate waste. This isn't just about moving goods; it's about optimizing the business process outsourcing (BPO) model and ensuring that logistics and distribution management are integrated into the core software architecture. This role bridges technical prowess with executive leadership, making it ideal for those with a background in Operations Management Training or high-level project management.
Key Requirements | Anforderungen
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in ERP integration (SAP/Oracle) and Supply Chain Management Software.
- Methodology: Expert-level knowledge in Lean Operations Strategy and Six Sigma frameworks.
- Global Mindset: Ability to manage operations across US and Swiss time zones while maintaining peak performance.
- Education: MBA or PMP certification is highly desirable due to the complexity of the projects.
- Communication: Fluent in English and German. Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage for regional coordination.
