This vital role ensures that critical master data remains accurate, standardized, and fully integrated across global ERP systems, supporting high-stakes logistics and distribution networks.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead data governance strategy and align master data management with overall supply chain software solutions. Your daily efforts will minimize lead times, support regulatory compliance, and drive ERP implementation services across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data entry standards for the pharmaceutical supply chain.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize ERP system performances.
- Process Improvement: Apply Lean or Six Sigma principles to eliminate errors in inventory and distribution tracking.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP master data management (preferably SAP) within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
- Fluency in English (German or Arabic proficiency is a major plus for global coordination).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and operations training.
