Key Responsibilities & Requirements
This is a high-impact position designed for an ambitious recruiter ready to manage critical client relationships and lead execution on complex buy-side search assignments. Key requirements include:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience in retained executive search, specifically targeting the Asset Management, Private Equity, or Hedge Fund sectors.
- Market Intelligence: In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, distribution, and operational leadership roles within buy-side firms.
- Multilingual Capabilities: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Additional fluency in German or Arabic is highly advantageous for coordinating with European and Gulf-region clients.
- Client Management: Strong capability to manage senior stakeholders and build sustainable, long-term talent pipelines.
