Brighton & Hove Albion FC is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager (Fuhrparkmanager / مدير أسطول السيارات) to oversee its transport and logistics operations at the state-of-the-art training ground in Lancing. This role is crucial for ensuring that the club’s vehicles—ranging from player transport to corporate cars—are maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. It requires a unique blend of logistics expertise, fleet management solutions, and strong leadership to coordinate daily operations in a high-profile sports environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all club vehicles. Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Fleet Maintenance: Scheduling regular servicing, MOTs, and repairs to keep all vehicles in peak condition.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to transport regulations, safety protocols, and insurance requirements.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Managing fuel cards, leasing agreements, and negotiating contracts with supplier networks.
- Experience: A proven track record in logistics and fleet management solutions, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with coaching staff, players, and external suppliers.
