Zip is looking for an experienced Global ERP Implementation Lead based in London to steer our upcoming international systems rollout. This pivotal role will align our core logistics with top-tier Supply Chain Management Software, managing cross-functional global teams to upgrade our entire enterprise infrastructure. You will act as the bridge between regional operations and global technology standards.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking an expert who has a proven track record of deploying large-scale ERP platforms in complex multinational environments. In this position, you will work closely with executive stakeholders to optimize business workflows, refine fleet management solutions, and deliver structured operations management training across departments.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years leading global ERP implementation services.
• Methodology: Strong familiarity with Lean Operations Strategy and Business Process Outsourcing models.
• Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
• Location: London, UK (with hybrid flexibility).
