Job & Program Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding a registered nurse (RN) license in California.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a passion for patient-centric care. Multilingual skills (especially English, German, or Arabic) are a strong plus.
- Commitment: Ability to participate in full-time clinical rotations and leadership seminars.
